Addiction is an illness that gradually destroys the body, soul, relationships, and self-belief. It draws you into a vicious cycle: pain–use–guilt–and back to pain. We at the «Renaissance» centre understand how hard it is to take the first step. That is precisely why we offer you the path to recovery with our tried-and-tested method – the 12-step programme. This programme is not just a set of rules. It's a journey on which every person can return to their true selves, break free from destructive addiction, and start a new, conscious life. You are not alone. And you can start all over again – right now.
Addiction is more than just a habit. It is a chronic, progressive, and destructive condition that affects not only physical health but also the psyche, emotional state, relationships, career, and personality. It isolates, removes choice, and destroys from within. But most importantly, it can be overcome. This method has stood the test of time: it helps people worldwide break free from drug, alcohol, and other forms of addiction. The programme includes sequential stages of awareness, acceptance, and inner transformation, which enable the building of a new, sober, and meaningful life.
At Renaissance, we've integrated the 12-step programme into our comprehensive rehabilitation course so that our patients don't just stop using, but consciously change their mindset and way of life. The programme is universal: it's suitable for those suffering from drug addiction, alcoholism, gambling addiction or codependency.
This approach is built upon:
Our task is to create conditions in which someone doesn't just «go through the programme», but truly feels a shift – from fear and guilt towards acceptance, strength, and responsibility for their own life.
After admitting addiction, deep self-work begins. A person faces traumas, fears, guilt, and shame. But along with this comes the opportunity to live through them, to free themselves from them, and finally to accept themselves as they are.
What does this stage involve?
We support this stage through individual sessions, group therapy, art therapy, and somatic practices. All of this helps the patient not just to understand themselves, but also to restructure their thinking, laying the foundation for sustained sobriety.
One of the strongest elements of the programme is community support. Patients see that they are not alone. That there are people nearby who have gone through this journey and remained sober. This builds motivation, confidence, and resilience.
The final steps of the programme are aimed at:

conscious help to other addicts;

Reinforcing self-reflection skills;

Developing new values and habits;

The development of spiritual and personal maturity.
After completing a course at the «Renaissance» centre, we continue to support our patients: online groups, alumni meetings, individual consultations, and the opportunity to rejoin the community – all of this helps to maintain sobriety for many years. We don't abandon you! We are here for as long as you need us!
We are certain: sobriety isn't a struggle. It's a new, fulfilling, conscious way of life that no longer has room for addiction.
